Booking Process

Booking is easy! Simply click the “Book Now” button at the top of our website and follow the prompts to check availability and secure your dates. You can also reach us directly by phone on (02) 5644 0066 or by emailing stay@holidaymanagentco.com.au if you’d prefer to chat first.

Once your booking is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay — dates, property information, and any important notes. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it

Yes, absolutely. All payments and card details are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system. We take your privacy and security seriously and do not store your card details beyond what is required for the booking and bond pre-authorisation.

No deposit is required to secure your booking. However, please note that a bond/pre-authorisation is required at check-in. This amount can range from $100 to $1,000 depending on the property, and will be released within 7 days of your departure provided there are no damages. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific bond amount that applies to your stay.

A credit or debit card is required to process the bond pre-authorisation at check-in, so unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings without one. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

General

Late check-out may be available depending on whether we have another booking arriving that day. Please contact us as early as possible — ideally the day before your departure — and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply.

Early check-in is subject to availability and whether the property has been vacated and cleaned in time. Please get in touch with us ahead of your arrival and we’ll do everything we can to make it work. Additional charges may apply.

Yes! We have ample parking on-site for guests, including space for boats and trailers — perfect if you’re bringing a vessel to enjoy the river.

Hamptons White House is fully equipped for a fantastic getaway. The property features 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, and 2 kitchens — comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Enjoy the 10m x 4m pool with a hydro slide, an absolute riverfront setting with a diving platform, wakeboarding, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, and ample parking including boat parking.

We’re located in beautiful Murwillumbah, NSW. We’re just a 35-minute drive from the Gold Coast and its airport, and only 20 minutes from Byron Bay — perfectly positioned for exploring the Northern Rivers region. Detailed directions and a map link can be found on our Our Location page
