Cancellation Policy

If guests are staying in a low season period, the guest may cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. Inside of 14 days, the booking becomes non refundable. If guests are staying in a high season, school holiday or event period, the guest may cancel up to 30 days before arrival. Inside of 30 days, the booking becomes non refundable. Please note a pre-authorisation/bond is applicable when booking all of our properties. Each cost varies depending on the size of the property. This amount may be from $100 to $1000. This is a requirement of check in. This pre-authorisation/bond will be frozen on the card provided on your day of arrival, and will be released up to 7 days after your departure. Please check your booking terms for the amount that will be held.
